Wondering what happens if an order goes sideways? We’ve got you covered.
We accept returns within 100 days of delivery, provided items are returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Please note: Custom printed items are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or damaged.
How Returns Work
- Returns are completed by mail or at an approved carrier drop-off location
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A 25% restocking fee may apply
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and issued to the original payment method in USD.
