Thanks for approving your sales order + art layout today. We are now releasing your order to production and will begin staging products to be in the decorating queue. If this was a mistake, please contact us 1-800-843-2247 to speak to your account manager. Now that your order has been approved, we will began pulling your product from inventory to stage it for decoration.

Wondering what happens if an order goes sideways? We've got you covered!
If you receive a product that is defective, misprinted, or misses your requested in-hands date, then you may be eligble for a full return. The only reason it's a case by case basis is because everything we ship out is customized. Therefore, we review each return case with fairness and the experience of the customer in mind. If we treat our customers right, they'll be happy to work with us again. It's that simple.
If you feel your recent order requires a return, there are a few ways you can request a return:
1. Call us directly at 800-843-2247 to speak with your account manager.
2. Email us at email@example.com.
3. Log in to your account and submit a case online.
Once your return is approved we will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA). With the RMA, FedEx or UPS will come to your business and pick up the product for you. After the merchandise is returned, you will be refunded the amount of your order. Please note that all return claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please remember that we will be happy to send out upon request a 'free sample' of the product you are considering before you finalize your full order. Seeing a product before moving forward greatly increases your chances of being 100% satisfied with the product.
