Embroidery is the process of decorating fabric using a needle and thread to create a stitched design/logo.
Sublimation is a process of printing to fabric that provides the best quality, most durable printing option. During sublimation, the inks are fused into the fabric as opposed to sitting on top of the fabric such as in screen printing. The process not only gives fabrics a softer touch after the printing, but it is also very durable. The color remains strong in outdoor lighting and after extensive washing.
Light Thermal Transfer
Light Thermal Transfer is a decorating method that requires printing of inks onto transfer paper, and then applied to the material surface using heat and pressure making it ideal for complex artwork or photographs. This technique is available for light colored fabrics such as white or natural. Since light thermal transfers do not print white, the light color fabric takes it's place showing white or natural.
Laser Engraving is the process of using a powerful laser to etch out your logo onto a material. This process gives your logo a polished clean look that is used mostly on metal materials. Whether it is on a flashlight, pen, or USB flash drive your product will look superb.
Deboss is the decorating method that allows you to leave a depression of your logo/design on to the material surface of the product. We create a die of your design then heat press it on to the material. This process leaves behind a crisp depression of your logo on the product. Suggested material to use deboss on is leather, Durahyde, rubber, and paper board products.
