Three ring binder portfolio has an outside zipper closure to keep items from falling out. The inside of the portfolio has a large pocket sleeze to hold important documents with three smaller pocket sleeves on the front of the sleeve jacket.

On the left side of the binder, there is a standard 8.5"h x 11"w ruled notepad. Outside cover may be silk-screened or debossed with your organizations logo.  This item comes in all black.
