How to Order

 


Placing An Order
 
To place an order, please do one of the following:
• Speak with a sales representative over the phone by calling (800) 843-2247
• Order online by adding items to your shopping cart and finishing the ordering process
• Fax in a purchase order to 951-280-2410
• Email an order to sales@bagmasters.com or your personal sales representative (find your representative)
 
Orders without Imprint
We accept orders for products without any type of imprint or decoration.  This is usually termed as a blank item.  Some blank items may be available for a further discount depending on if the item includes an imprint in the pricing.  Please speak with a sales representative for any pricing questions

Normal lead-time is 48 business hours.
 
Imprinted Orders
Whether you have placed your order by phone, online, via fax, or e-mail; you will still need to send artwork to your personal sales representative (more details about sending artwork) or artwork@bagmasters.com.
 
Order Process
After placing an order and sending artwork, you will be receiving an e-mail or fax to confirm your order for final approval.

Any delays in receipt of customer signed approval may result in higher delivery costs or an inability to meet delivery dates.  If any corrections are required, please indicate them on the form.  Once the order has been approved, the order cannot be cancelled.

Each confirmation includes the following:
Sales Order
Artwork (layout of your artwork)
Digital Proof (digital rendering of your product with your decoration method)
 
Please use this checklist when finalizing your order to ensure the following information is included:
• Your Contact Information
• Your Purchase Order #(if required for billing)
• Item #, Description, and Color
• Quantity and Pricing
• Decoration Method, Location, and Size
• Colors (PMS# or Thread Color)
• Shipping Method & Ship To Address *
• Shipping Account Number (if requested) & Billing Address
• Product In-Hands Date
• Payment Method (if credit card is not on file, please return attached credit card form).

*Please note shipping charges will apply after your order ships.

If everything is approved, please view our online acceptance form and click submit which will be found within the e-mail confirmation or sign your attachments and fax back to 951-280-2410.
 
If we didn't get the details right, please let us know via email to your personal sales representative and they will send a new proof.  Or fax in your requested changes written on the forms to 951-280-2410.

Production time begins upon receipt of signed order approval form or digital acceptance on e-mail confirmation when submitted.  In addition, approval of credit and receipt of all order information including shipping addresses is required.

Overs and Unders:
Due to the manufacturing process, all imprinted or custom products are subject to 5% overs or unders and will be billed accordingly.  Bagmasters reserves the right to close orders where short shipments occur.
 
Lead-Time:
Standard lead-time varies per product. However, average lead-time is 10 business days from signed approval plus transit time.  A shipping date given at time of order is Bagmasters' best estimate based on current production capacity.  Bagmasters will not absorb expedited freight charges if goods ship after this date.  Please inform Bagmasters customer service when purchase orders are time sensitive to ensure proper delivery.

Express Production
:
For time sensitive orders, we offer expedited production.  Rates may vary.  Contact a Sales Representative for further information.

Acceptance
:
The customer should inspect goods immediately upon arrival.  Claims will only be accepted within 30 days of their receipt.  If customer fails to give written notice within this time, the goods will be deemed as acceptable, and the customer is bound to accept and pay for all goods.

Returns:
All return items require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.  Repairs/Exchanges will only be accepted when goods are defective.  For all in-stock or off-the-shelf items, a 25% restocking fee will apply.  Items must be in new and unused condition, free from imprinting or other modifications.  No credit will be issued until receipt of returned goods are confirmed by Bagmasters.

Samples
:
Samples under $5 are free of charge.  Shipping charges will apply.  Anything over $5 will be charged unless specified otherwise by an authorized Bagmasters representative.

Indemnification
:
Customer warrants that it has the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify, defend, and hold Bagmasters, its officers, shareholders, employees, and agents - harmless from and against any claims, damages, and costs, including attorney fees, in any infringement actions as a result of printing the artwork supplied by the customer.

Force Majeure
:
Bagmasters shall not be held liable for delays or inability to ship orders due to quota restrictions, U.S. Customs clearing problems, natural disasters, labor disputes, freight line delays, or any other act of God.

Photos
:
Bagmasters reserves the right to use customer's promotional product including logos for promotional use unless notification to the contrary is submitted in writing.  Logos shown in this catalog or online are for illustrative purposes and do not imply endorsement nor are the products with logos offered for sale.

Disclaimer
:
Due to variances of materials, Bagmasters cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture, or construction of finished goods from lot to lot.  Due to manufacturing tolerances, all dimensions have an acceptable variation of 1/2".  Catalog or online photography may not be representative of true product colors. Prices, specifications, and product availability are subject to change without notice.  Bagmasters' acceptance of customer's purchase order constitutes an agreement based solely upon Bag master’s terms and conditions regardless of the terms and conditions specified on the customer's purchase order.
 
Terms:
Net 30 Days with approved credit.  Customer must request credit application, which requires up to two weeks to process.  All delinquent accounts will be placed on credit hold and interest of 1.5% per month will be added to outstanding invoices.

Credit Cards
:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

First Time Orders
:
Credit card is the standard order terms for first time customers.

Shipping
:
Bagmasters reserves the right to determine the best shipping method available unless the customer chooses a carrier and gives us their account use for shipment.  All transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Any freight amount quoted by a Bagmasters employee is an estimate and is given as a service and does not constitute a firm freight amount.  Bagmasters will not be held liable for shipping errors caused by a carrier.

Handling & Box Charges
:
$2.50 handling charge will be charged for each box in a shipment.

Split Shipments
:
$5.00 will be charged for each split shipment.
